Limited to 2 Sponsors.  Logo and direct link to sponsors web site to be featured on all fpacharlotte.org web pages.  Program, events and Symposium marketing materials will feature recognition of Diamond sponsorship.  Sponsor will have priority site selection for exhibit space at Symposium and Sponsor Expo.  Sponsor’s primary representative may attend all chapter luncheons at no cost and up to 5 non-member guest(s) at member price (reservations required)

Individual Sponsor for a Symposium and Sponsor Expo, Insurance CE Days or Ethics Day sessions:  Sponsor can arrange for a speaker or sponsor a session for one of the above special event days.  CE Days will be held on February 20th and October 16 in 2007.  The Ethics (this is the CFP Board approved required course) program will be on May15th. This will be a preferred sponsor level with up to 14 sponsorships available.  Average program attendance has been 105 attendees.  Symposium attendance was 160 in 2006.  Company logo and link to your web site will be displayed on the web site and recognition in any program marketing materials.  A preferential recognition on Chapter web site with a rotating “Spotlight” on several Platinum Level sponsors each month on the Sponsor Web Page.

Individual Sponsor for One Hour Luncheon Sponsor can arrange for a speaker or sponsor a regular one-hour monthly luncheon program. This level limited to the number of programs available and on a first come first serve basis. The past 12 months average attendance at programs has been 90 attendees.  A special display of your company logo, with direct link to your company site, on the sponsored event web page.  A preferential recognition on Chapter web site with a rotating “Spotlight” on several Platinum Level sponsors each month on the Sponsor Web Page.

Annual Symposium and Sponsor Expo:  This is a 1½ day event normally held in late August featuring nationally known speakers.  Sponsor receives a 6 ft. skirted table to display materials and ample time periods are scheduled for attendees to visit exhibitors.  Sponsors receive an attendee list in advance of the even.

Preferred Luncheon Guest:  Sponsors may attend all Chapter luncheons at the Chapter member rate, currently $18 (Diamond
Sponsor Level exempt from cost).  You may invite up to 5 guests to any one luncheon at the member rate. Reservations are required for the sponsor and guest(s).
